  • E-commerce: Simple product images on white, solid-coloured, or transparent backgrounds.

  • Minimalistic: Clean, no-prop shots with basic scenes and textured backgrounds.

  • Creative: Styled scenes with props and backgrounds for bold visuals.

  • GIF/Stop Motion: Animated frames to showcase products with movement.

Do you wish for your products to be returned?
Yes, collection will be arranged by myself (client) within 30 days post shoot
No, Products may be photographed again on another shoot

S92 Media: Terms & Conditions

By booking a shoot or subscribing to a photography plan with S92 Media (www.s92media.co.uk), you agree to the following terms:


A. GENERAL


  1. Services Offered

    S92 Media provides remote product photography and creative visual content. Services include one-off image packages and ongoing monthly content plans.

  2. Booking & Communication

    Bookings are confirmed via form submission and payment. All communication will be via email unless otherwise agreed.




B. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Product Delivery

    Clients are responsible for safely posting or delivering products to the studio. We recommend tracked shipping. S92 Media is not liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

  2. Use of Props & Styling Items

    Where creative shoots involve props, S92 Media will use suitable items to match the requested look. If the client has specific items or brand props, they must be sent with the product.

  3. Unclaimed Products

    Products not reclaimed within 30 days of final delivery may be donated, disposed of, or retained for future portfolio use unless agreed otherwise.




C. SHOOT EXECUTION


  1. Turnaround Times

    Typical turnaround is 5–10 working days from the product’s arrival unless otherwise agreed. Retainer clients receive priority booking and shorter lead times.

  2. Image Use & Rights

    Clients receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the final edited images across digital and print platforms for commercial use.

    S92 Media retains full copyright and reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, promotional, or social media purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise before delivery.

  3. Edits & Revisions

    One round of minor adjustments (e.g. lighting tweak, crop, or background tone) is included. Major re-shoots or complete restyling will incur additional fees unless previously agreed.

  4. Breakage or Damage

    While all reasonable care is taken, S92 Media is not liable for fragile items breaking during unpacking, styling, or shooting. If breakage occurs before the shoot begins, the client will be contacted to discuss options.




D. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS


  1. Payment Terms

    All bookings must be paid upfront. Monthly plan payments are due monthly on the agreed date. Missed payments may result in cancellation of the plan.

  2. Refunds & Cancellations



  • One-off shoots: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (if work hasn’t started).

  • Monthly plans: Monthly plans require a 2-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel any time with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.

  • If cancellation occurs after product arrival or once work has begun, no refund will be issued.




E. LIABILITY, INDEMNITY & FORCCE MAJEURE


  1. Service Guarantee

    Every effort is made to meet your visual and brand goals, but photography is a subjective process. By booking, you agree to trust the S92 Media style and workflow.

  2. Indemnity

    The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless S92 Media against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use, misuse, or third-party use of the delivered images or materials.

  3. Force Majeure

    S92 Media is not liable for any failure to perform services due to events beyond control, including (but not limited to) illness, postal disruption, fire, flooding, equipment failure, or government restrictions.
